****Where do I start****

I don’t think I can find the words to say how grateful I am that I found Ali Rey page. From the moment I clicked on her profile and seen her lovely Journals and everything she puts together I knew I had to purchase. At the time I was looking for something cheap and small for a birthday gift because I didn’t have the funds. After speaking with Ali and knowing that this would be something treasured for life I went for it.

Boy oh boy I am so happy I did. From start to finish Ali was very prompt and professional with her response. She detailed and made a layout out of what I could expect during this process.From day one she made sure to get to know about the person I was planning to buy for and what I expected in return.She treated me like family and not just a customer. Anytime I had a question or concern she would respond or she made sure to keep me updated on where she was in the process.

Not only that she asked and made sure before putting it together that she asks what layout works for you all the way down to the color of the journal. She also allowed you to preview before finalizing.

When I tell everyone that the preview does this journal no justice I mean just that. This journal was absolutely beautiful. It wasn’t even for me and I cried and when they opened it my mouth dropped. I was so jealous I wanted to take their journal lol. Really I held it the entire day and kept looking through it until they said excuse me that’s my journal.

Guys I will be typing all day if I could write everything in detail all I can say is you have to order and see for yourself. It is definitely worth it and ever lasting. Whoever gets this product would be so happy for it . You will literally smile each time you look at it because it’s made and tailored towards you. I will add photos later because I don’t have my other phone with the photos with me but everyone just wait until I do.

Ali thank you soooooo sooooo much once again for making this lovely journal. We definitely appreciate you . Know I worked your nerves because I wanted my journal so badly and was so anxious but it is 1000 percent worth the wait.
